Delivery Times
Shipping times: Italy 3-7 days. EU and non-EU countries 20–25 days.
All delivery times are in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that the average delivery times can vary, depending on the destination county. Excluding the time required to complete customs formalities. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and it is the buyer's responisbility to cover these fees. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs. The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the Federal Republic of Germany), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

Tempi di consegna
Italia 3-7 giorni. EU e Paesi extra EU 20-25 giorni.
Tutti i tempi di consegna sono espressi in giorni lavorativi (esclusi weekend e festività). Si prega di notare che i tempi medi di consegna possono variare in base al Paese di destinazione.
Sono esclusi i tempi per l’espletamento delle formalità doganali.
Quando un pacco viene spedito a livello internazionale può essere soggetto a tasse d’importazione, dazi doganali e/o oneri imposti dal Paese di destinazione. Tali costi sono generalmente dovuti all’arrivo della merce nel Paese di destinazione.
Dazi d’importazione, tasse e commissioni di sdoganamento non sono inclusi nel prezzo del prodotto né nei costi di spedizione e gestione, e spetta all’acquirente farsene carico. È possibile informarsi presso l’ufficio doganale del proprio Paese per determinare eventuali costi aggiuntivi.
L’acquirente è responsabile di ottenere informazioni riguardo alle leggi, normative e restrizioni del proprio Paese che potrebbero applicarsi all’acquisto dei nostri prodotti. Effettuando un ordine internazionale (spedizione al di fuori dell'Italia), l’acquirente si assume la responsabilità di rispettare le leggi, normative e restrizioni del proprio Paese. Se il prodotto viene sequestrato e distrutto dalla dogana, NON saremo responsabili di eventuali perdite, del prodotto o del rimborso della spedizione.
